Imagination is not a skill. Whether I'm cursed or blessed with this overly creative brain I'm not sure. For years I was a musician, everything else was a side project. As singer and songwriter for the rock band MightyBoy, I enjoyed the rollercoaster ride as the band released multiple EPs, toured Australia, enjoyed radio and TV coverage and signed to Shock Records. Somewhere along the way I was given the nickname - Speds

When the money ran out, the band dissolved and it was a return to the 9 to 5. Solace was found in the side projects and an acoustic guitar. I started writing again, penning feature films and a television show, got back into my art, and recorded a bunch of honest little three chord songs that culminated in the record Slack Jawed.

So what do I "do"? Well, I write songs, draw pictures and scribble down words. And, someday someone will allow me do so on a larger scale. Until then, I sit in my home studio, with my puppy at my feet - and create.
